Mark D. Parker mark@parkerheitzcosgrove.com BAR ADMISSION1980
I founded this firm in 1986 and never said “No” to any client who could pay me in the early days. Over the last twenty years I handle matters which are headed for trial. Most we have been able to manage without the need for a trial. Some have gone to trial, and some all the way to an appeal. We can handle all phases. Currently I largely represent commercial and insurance enterprises embroiled in complicated legal matters. Much of my work is representing fellow attorneys in a wide variety of criminal, ethical, domestic and civil matters. Over the last several years I have also conducted hundreds of mediations throughout the state.
